Blue Ridge Area Food Bank Network


Mission: To reduce hunger through programs and partnerships which efficiently obtain and distribute nutritious food to people in need

Project: Design ad campaign for advocacy and fundraising purposes along with a banner for special events

Impact: The advertising campaign will raise awareness about hunger in our community, increase donations and will inform those in need about our services.

Results: The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank began using its new logo in February 2009. Bringing a theme to their material, the logo was used in their most recent donor letter, and in a newspaper advertisement in Northern Virginia. The BRAFB plans use the logo to create region-specific posters for distribution in public spaces like schools and libraries across their constituent communities, which make up 1/3 of Virginia.
